• Before booking, please familiarize yourself with the artist's portfolio, to ensure his style of art appeals to you.

• Consultation is done through the website, email or in-person (if needed).

• Deposit is required to book a date (the amount depends on the project).

• It is the customer's responsibility to remember the appointment.  72-hour notice is required to cancel a booking.  No show or less than 72-hour cancellation notice means a loss of the deposit.

• The customer must be a minimum of 18 years old.

• ID may be required as proof of age.

• Make sure you eat something before the appointment.

• No drugs, no alcohol policy in place (customer must be sober to get a tattoo).  No exceptions.

• If you feel sick, have a cold, cough or fever, please contact the office.  The customer must be healthy to get a tattoo.
